DGM/Head - Supply Chain - Pharma

We have an urgent opening for "Head – Supply Chain (DGM)" for a leading pharma industry at Roorkee.

Position: - Head – Supply Chain (DGM)

Location: - Roorkee, Uttarakhand

CTC :- Depend on current CTC.

Experience: - Should be 13 - 20 Years of strong exp in Procurement, Planning, Logistics from regulated pharma unit only.

Education: - MBA / B.E

Preferred Industry - Pharmaceutical unit Only

Key Responsibilities
(Performance Indicators)

- Responsible for cost effective procurement of RM, PM as planned (in coordination with Marketing & Production) of Engineering components, Capital Equipment & QC reagents, standards etc. for the unit on time.

- Responsible for co-ordination with internal & external customers for documentation required for regulated markets for procurement of materials.

- Ensure smooth material receipts and timely delivery of FGs

- Co-ordinate with various agencies for clearances of import / export consignment.

- Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels for RM / PM and consumables.

- Inventory Control at Optimum level

- Ensure good distribution practices or at logistics operations.

- Vendor assessment and evaluations

- Ensure timely MIS on all Critical performance parameters

- Co-ordinate with all external and internal customers for smooth and cost effective operations.

Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioral)

- Knowledge of Warehouse Trade Laws, Inventory Management Skills, Knowledge of Logistics planning

- Good knowledge of ERP system preferably BaaN

- Good knowledge of Regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA etc.,
