We are a leading Executive Search firm catering to different sectors. We're looking for suitable candidates for the position of Circle Head - Prepaid marketing for a leading telecom player.
Job Description :
Individual responsibilities (not limited to )
- Marketing Management
- Deploy marketing strategies to support changing market and business for sustained market leadership and growth
- Lead circle prepaid marketing team to achieve Market Leadership in terms of Revenue, RMS & CMS
- Building common brand and capitalise on multi platform opportunities
- Incremental RMS & Net Revenue
- Circle specific marketing efforts for Pre-pay to drive revenue and increase MOU
- Strategise different programs to enhance revenue from VAS & 3G
- Ensure product interventions drive ARPU, reduce churn and give a healthy effective rate
- Brand Leadership
- Build, develop and maintain a robust brand that enjoys a preferred brand status across circle
- Deploy Marcom strategy and plan as per corporate guidelines
- Customer experience and delight activity
- Deploy action plan for quality customer experience and strengthen market processes with the objective of simplifying the customer's experience
- Builds a marketing organisation with high customer orientation and focus on quick superior delivery
- Reducing customer churn across segments to increase intention to stay
- Shared Responsibilities
With Circle Head :
- Design circle marketing strategy as per AOP and corporate guidance
- Ensure tariff structure, new products and execution of marketing campaigns are designed to meet Revenue and ARPU targets
- Share knowledge on best practices across circles
With other Marketing Heads :
- Sharing customer feedback, Marcom initiatives and new product planning and development
With the corporate :
- Provide circle level feedback on new product introductions and circle specific product and marketing requirements
Other Responsibilities :
- Review marketing strategy/plan for circle realities
- Sharing best practices across circles and industry
- Market visit to meet channel and distribution partners once a month
- Conduct a full team meeting with all Marketing vertical heads once a week
- Review performance in all marketing verticals at least twice per month
- Review Marcom and NPD performance twice a month
- Monitor product launches and new initiatives
Candidates should be an MBA from premier Institute and worked on Prepaid Usage & Revenue and Acquisition; telecom exposure is a must
