Experience: 11- 14 years

CTC: 36 Lacs

Key accountabilities:

- Responsible for providing effective IT support to all functions to meet their core business needs.

- Engage closely with business to value add in the existing business processes and improve operational efficiencies by increased automation as per central IT guidelines.

- Ensure service support and delivery from the service partner as per the defined SLA.

JD as follows:

Role Purpose:

- The position is responsible for execution of the IT strategy for the circle. It is responsible for providing effective IT support to all functions to meet their core business needs.

- To engage closely with business to value add in the existing business processes and improve operational efficiencies by increased automation as per central IT guidelines.

- Ensure service support and delivery from the service partner as per the defined SLA.

Essence of Role: Key Accountabilities

Strategic:

- Communicating vision, creating mission & executing tasks in the team and with Service partner

- Goal setting and meeting business needs

- Planning & time management - Meeting Commitments

- Conflict resolution

- Meetings and follow-ups - delegation of authority & responsibility

- Relationship management, Feedback from other functions - Customer centric meetings

Operational:

- Understanding the business needs

- Communication & appreciation of Requirements from other functions

- Monitoring and Tracking of SLA with Service Partner to get following

- Reduction in IT related complaints by 50%

- Resolution of issues of users and customers within assigned TAT

- Implementation of Projects for circle

- 100 % resolution within TAT

- Monthly Meeting with each functions, Issue tracking & provide solution to their issues

- Project implementation as per plan

- Minimize Revenue leakage - Due to customer Services activation process, Rating reconciliation, Switch Reconciliation, Prepaid and VAS offline processes

- SOX compliance

- Automation of Activities for IT and other departments

- Timely and Accurate information availability to users

- Capacity planning

Developmental:

- User training - about IT initiatives

- Implementation of innovative ideas through Service partner

- Self development for better synergy with service partner

Typical Outputs:

- Ensuring service delivery & support through partners as per SLA.

- Interacting with business to understand business requirements

- Ensure business support and control systems as per the changing business needs.

- Ensure timely provision of connectivity and connectivity uptime

- IT strategy, architecture and governance.

- Implementation of Information security control.

- Ensure timely implementation of IT initiatives at the circle.

- Minimum IT operating Cost for retained activities

- Provide Infra and new initiative planning to service partner.
