Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of talent agenda for ~approx500-600onroll+offroleassociats people including learning, performance management etc.
- Being an advisor to the talent acquisition process
- Manpower planning for the circle to ensure right resourcing
- People connect and engagement charter lead for the circle
- Handling facilities for the state officeandsretailoffice in NESA
- Retention and Engagement of Key talent
- HR analytics to arrive at meaningful people insights for the state
- Being a coach to the state leadership team on people
- Anchoring talent and performance management for the circle
- Grievance handling, consequence management, statutory compliances
- Ensuring a delightful people experience and to become a custodian of culture, diversity and inclusion

Educational Qualifications - MBA-HR
