Job Description :
- Responsible for the overall planning, managing, and monitoring engineering & design of the given project in terms of validation prior to execution
- Responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion
- Responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, including directing, coordinating and exercising authority for planning, leadership & completion of projects for financial management of the projects
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering department
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
- Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team members
- Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by
- Ensuring checking and confirming the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by technical staff at the point of execution
- Spearhead development initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing processes
- Proposing and managing budgets for projects
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time
- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
- Cross functional dealings with -Stakeholder, Consultants, Project teams etc
