DGM-Group Head ERP (Telecom Domain preferable)

Role purpose :

Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) function is responsible for IT implementation of all business demands. The Group Head ERP Systems will be responsible to manage the development delivery along with Level 3 Productions support across ERP Domains of Hyperion suite, Microsoft Sharepoint, EPM & Java based applications and manage its associated transformation programs, due to technical platform or large scale business process changes or basis road map of transformation program primarily for business functions of Finance, Supply-Chain & HR.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Identify and meet the present and future technological needs of the organization pertaining to ERP application systems and processes across 23 circles covering Telco and Non Telco business lines

- Ensure seamless delivery of major programs; medium projects and change requests across the ERP domain comprising of SAP suite, Hyperion suite, Microsoft Sharepoint, EPM & Java based Employee Portal

- Engage with Business entities (Pan India) to identify the requirements, plan transformation programs, and identify solutions to resolve challenges, etc.

- Establish strong and fail-proof delivery management processes, standards, quality benchmarks and acceptance criteria with key IT vendors like IBM, TCS and others

Manage a robust and scalable ERP domain with:

- Effective & scalable 30+ applications in ERP domain comprising of Hyperion suite, Microsoft Sharepoint, EPM & Java based Applications

- 15000+ user base across 16 legal entities and 23 circles with transaction volumes equivalent /more than all Europe Vodafone Opcos put together.

- Lead a development and maintenance team delivering 400+ demands and projects of 15000 person days in a financial year
