Job description :
The purpose of the role is to plan and implement sales activities in order to meet company's targets for growth and profitability
- Plan and implement sales strategies, customer retention and development by working closely with the Senior Management
- Lead and manage the sales and customer service team of the company
- Manage and motivate Sales Managers and Channel Managers
- Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team
- Put in place a channel management program (both institutional and retail)
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends
- Reporting on daily / weekly basis and reporting monthly presentation to the Top management for Total Sales, Collection, Revenue, Cash Flow with market trends
- Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition
- Closing deals with clients and ensuring after sales services are carried off properly
- Developing pre launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relations with clients
- Redressing clients grievances and complaints
- Will work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support
