Overachieving Revenue Goals  - Follow up with the clients for the sale of properties  - Maintaining daily sales reports  - Need Analysis & suggesting the appropriate options to prospective clients.  - Post sales assistance to customers for the completion of various property documentation & agreements.  - Setting Team Targets  Job Specifications:  Qualification: Post Graduate  Resident: Candidate must be Local and well-versed with geography of NCR.  Experience: 5+ years in Sales  3 years experience must in Team Handling  Conveyance : MUST  Background: Preference to candidates from Banking/Insurance or other Investment Instruments Sales Background and NOT from Real Estate.  Conditions: Candidate must be able to get a team of at least 4 people to work under him.  Number of opportunities : 2 (Gurgaon & Noida)  Kindly note that the joining is immediate.
