Sales & Business Development

- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals

- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

- Manage the Sales Teams, Marketing and Design Team to deliver profitable growth

- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting

- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions

- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.

- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

Key Account Management

- Driving business, ensure sustained growth, identify & nurture customer base.

- Interacting with key decision makers and also with operating executives of customers for getting in depth understanding of their requirements and translating the same into business opportunities.

- Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance to the customers and getting the orders

- Executing multiple storage projects from Concept to Implementation

- Presenting concepts to customer and help them in finalizing the solution.

- Warehouse visits & direct technical discussions with customers for project dissemination and finalization

Strategies/ Decision Making

- Understanding market sentiments, tariff structure and analysing the information for formulating effective marketing plans.

- Formulating MIS reports relating to sales and stock control; transmitting them to top management for facilitating decision making process.

- Preparing pricing modules for new business in accordance to market trends and in compliance to realization guidelines from top management

- Making Annual Business Plan & Monthly Sales Plan.

- Proactively identify changes in Industry, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.

- Ensures effective control of sales & marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed expansion.

Marketing & Lead Generation Procedure:

- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.

- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.

- Monitoring the Lead Generation Process and ensuring sufficient in-flow of Quality Leads.

- Develop the Strategy to increase the efficiency of the Lead Generation Process

People Management

- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & Team targets.

- Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing / streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.

- Reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating same to sales force updating the team on the latest business trends for achieving the sales objectives.

- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales structure for the organization.

- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.

- Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning to Sales team.

PERSON PROFILE (for the Ideal candidate)

Age (Min to Max) 32 to 40 Years

Experience (Min to Max) 8 - 13 years Sales Experience out of which minimum 4 Years as Senior Leadership Role

Specific Qualification Any Graduate, MBAs will be preferred

Industry Preference Racking, Storage Solutions, Material Handling Sectors or Any Steel Structure Products Or Industrial Products OR Any Capital Equipment
