Job Snapshoot:
- Responsible for all activities related to CRM, Handling all pre / Post Sales activities, Handling Documentations, Coordinating with Banks and Financial Institutions. Handling customer query related to projects – Possession, demand, receipt, Buyer Agreement. Handling new booking entry, receipt entry, allotment letter etc
- Handling customer query related to accounts.
- Handle all incoming calls from customers. Give quality information about company’s projects.
- Customer relationship, handing over of apartments after coordinating b/w site, office.
- Customer complaint resolution.
- Delivery Appt/re-scheduling/ reminders for collection of PL.
- Experience in Real Estate Mandatory.
