We are seeking a driven and accomplished sales leader to join our client's team as Senior Sales Professional. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a winning sales strategy that fuels our client's ambitious growth objectives. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability as you drive revenue generation and market share expansion. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and growth goals across the company offerings including Products & solutions.

- Establish and oversee a robust sales pipeline, proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities into various offerings including but not limited to ecommerce, Procurement, AI, Agri-tech, etc.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive local as well as international sales strategy for the tech vertical in alignment with overall company goals.

- Identify target markets, industries, and customer segments to maximize revenue potential.

- Set ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team

- Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen

- As the face of the organization, will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community

Client Retention:

- Pitch for repeat orders or cross sell products/services to existing clients.

- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

- Collaborate with clients to develop customized service solutions that address their specific requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning the company as a preferred service provider.

Business Development Planning:

- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Others:

- Regularly monitor and report on sales performance against targets, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and capitalize on revenue opportunities

Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:

- Preferably an MBA with 10+ years of experience in IT product & solutions Industry.

- Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in the tech industry.

- Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate international business hours as required.

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
