Roles & Responsibilities:

- Tracking the sales funnels in Govt/PSU vertical, provide accurate forecast and assistance in closing major deals/projects.

-Develop new accounts in target vertical Nationally & ensuring monthly/quarterly KRAs

-Building an effective distribution plan with distributor / reseller through joint business and major account/projects planning and target setting.

-Lead the Govt team sales team across the country

-Maintain superior customer service delivery with Distributor / resellers and end-user.

- Analyze competitors' performance, pricing & product development.

- Driving the sell-through/leveraged/influenced revenue goals with the Distributor / Reseller.

- Develop key quality criterion and performance indicators to meet Distributor / resellers and end-users' technical support and requirements.

-Be the key interface between Head office, Distributor / resellers' and end-user, maintain a high level of interaction with end-users' in meeting their needs and requirements.

- Have the ability to translate potential customer desires into purchase decisions.

- Conduct and take lead in error proofing, brainstorming sessions with the Sales & Marketing and Technical Department to ensure continual improvements to exceed customer's expectations.

- Inventory, budgeting and Product forecast management.
