JOB PROFILE:
- Run the sales automation Program which includes new applications, processes, interfaces to enhance the productivity of the distribution channels
- Identify and document the scope of Sales automation functionalities in conjunction with the Sales Leadership and other departments
- Business SPOC for Sales Automation projects in the organization - to identify the phases and plan for implementation
- Working with the Key Stakeholders in the Sales Organization in monitoring and driving adoption rates
- Manage and direct the existing applications - Distributors- portal and the Compensation Management system
- Interface with IT for all Sales requirements across multiple channels including timely delivery of projects
- Drive the sales automation project for all sales verticals
- Identify key deliverables, define phases & change management practices
- To ensure effective budget controls that demonstrate adherence to business case
- To ensure re-skilling of staff to support the activity
- Engage with the Sales leadership across various verticals to identify opportunities
- On requirement, guide the IT Development team and Sales Support MIS resources on the Business logic of sales KPIs

- Comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of change management
- Proven ability to lead & manage diverse teams
- Effective handling of senior management briefings & reviews
- Working knowledge of Insurance & related distribution channels
- Expert in written & oral communications

- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of the data structures at the backend and be able to design solution logic using them.
