Retail Operations lead role is a key leadership position and will be responsible for the retail store operation of exclusive channel. The position is responsible for developing and executing strategies and plans to drive profitable growth for the DTC Offline channel. Responsible for Retail Operations, Store sellout, profitability, NPS etc. Responsible for retail operations across all exclusive stores along with coordination with Sales, Channel Partners & other key stakeholders to ensure that the channel objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Commercial growth & In-store experience delivery for the channel :
- Responsible for achievement of retail KPIs/Indices & store operations guidelines across all exclusive store formats in the channel.
- Responsible for execution of all consumer programs, sales platforms, campaigns, omni channel initiatives.
- Lead processes to monitor and measure store performance through various programs, sales platforms, in-store experience, multi device experience setup, Visual Merchandising & lead channel growth through retail intelligence.
- Use data analysis and insight (e.g. heat maps, influx rates, dwell time, pick-up rates) to constantly evolve and improve the consumer experience
- Bring inspiration, best practice and fresh thinking to the channel partner & store teams to push the boundaries and achieve global best practice.
- Develop effective Omni-channel sales & promoter incentive programmes to support growth targets.
- Develop and deliver all operational processes and procedures to ensure the operational efficacy of all exclusive store formats.
- In conjuction with the Retail Marketing team, deliver timelines and plans for all product launches.
- Identify retail partners ,store locations.
Educational Qualifications, Experience & Skills :
- 14-15+ years operations experience with achievement history in retail
- Intelligent- passionate & motivated with high energy levels - ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- A positive thinker, self-driven, results orientated individual with clear focus on retail operations
- A natural forward planner who is able to critically asses own performance & on-going of the operations function.
- A mature and credible professional who is comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders in a complex organizational culture
- Someone with empathy who is reliable, tolerant and determined
- Someone who relishes accountability and ownership of challenging targets
- Values team and input and collaboration in working towards a company goal/target.
