a. Facilitating innovation feedback through Brain Storming session with Top Management / Sales Forces / Trainers
b. Analyze product innovation in - Domestic Market and International Market
New Product support -
- Propose Product Features based on a product idea or request
- Coordinate with Actuarial, Sales channel for approval of product features
- Coordinating with other departments (IT/Finance/Ops/Underwriting/Investment) for feasibility
- Creating Processes and systems in coordination with other teams
- Maintaining accuracy and consistency between marketing material and actual product/process information
Ensure smooth product launch
Product Management -
- Product lifecycle management with focus on key customer segments
- Product analysis for Management giving updates on all existing and new products performance based and improvement in product performance after enabling through various sales support initiatives
Product Knowledge -
a. For Top Management - Product Analysis Note
Sales Team - Strengthen the sales force through updates on competitor product information and insurance concepts
Market Watch -
a. Insight into competitor strategies for entering new segments/product range
