The incumbent plays a critical role in helping projects process and change initiatives, meet business schedules within budget objectives. The role involves identifying, creating, designing and implementing change management plans for the CSO organization.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) :
- Identifying the current and future-state business processes.
- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Anchor all process enhancement requirements and production tickets thereof.
- Act as an interface for IT for all CSO requirements.
- Lead the proposed crack team for all central operations projects
