DGM/ GM- Operations- Homecare
- Overall - Overall lead of operations for home care business, including service delivery and P&L management
- Operations set-up:
- Effective participation in overall business set-up as a key business unit leader
- Outlining the operations blue print and set-up across all services
- Strategy - Capex and Growth areas
- Detailing the processes and policies for all services
- Setting up the key operational elements - communications center, operations center, front-end delivery and logistics
- Staffing the operations team
- Business build-out of clinical specialties
- Operations execution:
- Planning, directing, organizing and managing all Home Care Services.
- Work in close collaboration with all service providers, Nursing, paramedical, doctors and other staff to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services.
- Design and implement effective Medical, Nursing and Paramedical staff model in a way that is directly proportional to boosting of revenue.
- Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue.
- Ensure effective Implementation of quality Policies and Procedures that are laid down by Medical Quality Department and participate in the Quality Improvement Programs.
- Participate actively in implementing the CRM program & suggest actions based on the review.
- Ensure all clinical and patient policies and procedures within Home Care meets the requirements of licensing or accrediting bodies.
- To review and respond to any Medical Review by the state of local surveys, inspections, and accreditation.
- To participate in reviews, complete statutory, statistical and annual reports as mandated.
- Represent the vertical for all medico-legal issues.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a Patient Feedback Process and regular patient feedback analysis.
- To Control attendance, discipline, postings/Duty Rosters, Leave etc. of all doctors/ nurses/ support staff and ensure they are fully trained.
- To ensure provisioning of equipment & store.
Minimum Qualifications - MBBS/ Post graduate preferably with a Diploma in Hospital Administration/Masters in Business Administration
Technical Skills
- Thorough understanding of Medical Delivery Systems
- Knowledge of best practices and processes of home care services
- Knowledge and expertise in setting-up of Medical/Support Systems and Processes.
- Knowledge of compliance issues related to hospitals
- Understanding of various quality management systems applicable to healthcare
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and BU for effective delivery of services
- Excellent strategic ability and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational excellence
- Strong commercial inclination to manage vendors
