Overall Purpose of Job
Reporting to the COO, the position is responsible for the day to day running of the Sales and Marketing Department and its functions.

Exp: 8-10 yrs (age not more than 42 yrs)
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Manage Hospital Brand Positioning
- Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
- Need someone with a strong referral doctor connects & corporate segment (IT, Mfg., services) experience, strong leader ship skills.
- Increase tie-ups with corporates to become their preferred health partner.
- Create Marketing practices and procedures advertising & PR Plans, campaigns and budget for hospital including new business line and capacity expansion
- Own ATL/BTL marketing activities from strategy till implementation
- Plan marketing projects and channel support with partners/vendors for lead generation and revenue creation
- Forge tie-ups with doctors, physician partners, private ambulance networks etc to increase client base
- Improve relationship with Key Doctors through Events and Camps
- Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications to ensure its positioned as top destination in its areas of expertise
- Liaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, On-line, Media Buyers, Medical Publications.
- Responsible to drive digital initiatives
- Manage relationship with key personnel in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with a view to confirming on-going sponsorship of hospital events.
- TPA/ Insurance - End to end experience ( from empanelment to realization)
- Doctor referral segment
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelors / Master's degree with atleast 8-10 yrs of marketing experience in a Hospital
- Candidates from over all India can apply for this position and fluency in Tamil language is mandatory
