DGM/GM - Legal - BPO

We are looking out for Legal Head of the Company.

The applicant must come with strong exposure in Litigation, Contract Management and Arbitration.

Should come with experience in Corporate governance preferably.

Must have 9 to 12 years experience in managing legal and contract work for Well know organisation.

Key Skill : Contract Management, Negotiation, Litigation, Arbitration, Companies Act 1956 & Companies Act 2013 and FEMA and RBI Regulations, Legal due diligence & Liaison.

Budget for the role is up to 19 Lakh.

Responsibility:

Contract Management

- Supervising the work performed by the team and mentoring & coaching them on an ongoing basis on all kind of Contract right from drafting, vetting, negotiation and to its finalisation;

- Supervising and monitoring the drafting of agreements for various stakeholders including retail clients, institutional clients, sub-contractors, vendors etc.

- Shall be responsible to oversee that the assignments entrusted to the other team members of the department are completed timely and also shall be responsible to scrutinize/review their work before submitting the same to the respective stakeholders;

- Review of the internal policies governing the execution of contracts and legal compliance required for the same.

Litigation Management

- Monitoring effective Litigation Management, labour law related issues, cases etc., civil recovery suits, criminal complaints, arbitration proceedings, etc.

- Provide legal advice on commercial, civil and corporate matters related to the Company;

- Advising the business on the legal aspects for any products / business;

- Advising the business of default customer recovery process;

- Should have profound knowledge of the related field viz., Property, Consumer, arbitration, N.I. Act, Legal Due Diligence, Legal Audit and Scrutiny, Registration, Liaison, Litigation, etc.
