DGM/GM - Learning & Development - Media

DGM / GM L&D (Learning & Development) required for a Large Media House ! Mumbai !

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a Large Media House having offices across India and their corporate office in Mumbai. They are looking for - Head of L&D- to join them ASAP.

The incumbent will be responsible for the entire Learning and Development initiative for the organization. This is a National Level Role. This position is based in Mumbai

To qualify for these positions you should :

- Be a MBA / PG in HR

- Have at least 14 years of experience of which at least 5 years in Training / L&D

- Have excellent experience in Managing Training & L&D Function of a Mid to Large Sized Organization

- Have good understanding of TNI and effective management of competency directory

- Have good experience in managing people development / skills development function

- Have good experience in managing Training programs via internal and external vendors

- Have good understanding of Measuring Training Effectiveness over large time periods

- Have good negotiation and analytical skills

- Must possess good communication skills
