- Creating a learning culture by developing effective relationships through business partnering and relationship management at a global and local level.
- Identifying learning and development opportunities in line with business and develop and execute Knowledge transfer projects independently
- Create, execute and sustain knowledge management solutions for Customers and should work with global and local stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of development initiatives designed in India.
- Setting up processes and managing the learning function for the organization and developing standards and strategies and ensuring efficiency and timeliness in Execution.
- Conducting Training need analysis and partnering with business on key strategic priorities
