Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its effectiveness in delivering learning outcomes.
- Oversee the development of training materials, including instructional design, content creation, and multimedia production.
- Monitor and analyze training metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Head Learning & Development or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in talent development, employee engagement, soft skills training, behavioral training, competency mapping, LMS, training delivery, vendor management, instructional design, training need analysis, learning management, and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; advanced degree or certification in L&D is a plus.
