JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title : DGM/GM-(Land Acquisition and Leasing)

Qualification:- B.tech/ MBA (Full Time)

Location :Mumbai

CTC :25L-35L

Duties & Responsibilities

- Deal – Sourcing, Structuring, Negotiating and closure

- Ensure adherence to processes lead down as SOP

- Increasing deal flows for the company – managing broker network

- Provide market intelligence reports

- Building internal capabilities

- Exploring investment opportunist

- Preparation of detailed project business plan in coordination with design, execution, sales & finance team

- Evaluate new business opportunity

- Managed the financial requirements as per SAP & norms for a public limited company and dealt with audit on bi-annual basis.

- Represented the company for arbitration hearings for previous land acquisition.
