Job Description

Job title: DGM/ GM – Sales (International - Europe Market)

Location: Mumbai, Andheri Office

Qualification: Chemistry Graduate and MBA (Mktg) from a reputed institute

Purpose of Position: To plan, acquire, execute and achieve business goals in the assigned business area / territory within the departmental guidelines, with the objective of achieving customer delight at a profit & business expansion. Proven record in API/Intermediate/Bulk Drug/ CRAMS sales in the Europe.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES OF API

BUSINESS ACQUISITION /PRODUCT LAUNCH

ORDER EXECUTION

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

PARTICIPATION IN VARIOUS PHARMA EXHIBITION

BUSINESS PLANNING & REVIEW (MARKET ASSESSMENT/ PROJECTION/COMPETITOR ANALYSIS/ BUDGETING ETC..)

STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS

Technical Knowledge/ Competencies

Product’s knowledge in respective area

Techno-commercial knowledge

Knowledge of sales process

Market knowledge

Professional Experience: 10+ years of experience in similar business.

Leadership Experience: At least 4-5 yrs handling independently
