- Managing Rs 50 Cr + Budget for influencer marketing activities
- Proactively managing 360-degree Branding aspects including BTL, Digital, Consumer Research
- Increasing market share across segments and territories by developing marketing plans and programs
- Formulating trade schemes, loyalty schemes on quarterly / monthly basis for achieving better product mix, higher counter share
- Administering Secondary / Tertiary sales through various BTL & Activation campaigns
- Managing end to end Loyalty program, delivery owned Loyalty engine, Loyalty App & Database to brand
- Research consumer markets, monitored market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
- Monitor market trends and administered advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message was delivered for their product or service
- Ensure that the products, services and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers
- Understanding platforms, channels, and strategies/ approaches that enabled brand marketing department to reach all these audiences
- Leading brand strategy and drive the operational delivery of strategy, inclusive of communications campaigns and network building
- Managing the marketing function with emphasis on championing the brand and expanding the customer base
- Conceiving and implementing integrated marketing communication plans that maintained brand consistency, maximized effectiveness, met measurable objectives and executed customer relationship management strategy
