DGM HR

This role will lead the entire employee life cycle for all team members in the organization and will drive processes and initiatives to enhance the overall experience especially for frontline employees.

Responsibilities :

- Drive end to end employee experience for the entire employee life cycle.

- Act as the point of contact between the regional teams and Head office on all HR matters

- Ensure that required manpower levels are maintained in line with the business plan.

- Manpower planning and budgeting in conjunction with the Regional/Head office teams.

- Drive processes in line with standard operating procedures with regards to hiring, transfers, confirmation, exits etc.

- Provide necessary support to regional teams on manpower requirements and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Head to implement best in class hiring practices & processes.

- Manage all compliances, including statutory, establishment and labor related.

- Manage the over payroll process for the organization and ensure 100% payroll related compliances

- Effectively manage labor issues and provide necessary guidance to regional teams on employee matters wherever required with the legal team.

- Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for the management from time to time.

- Conduct periodic audits for all markets related to HR processes and systems

- Drive process automation and process development along with IT team.

- Work collaboratively with all function heads and business heads along with the HR Head to effectively manage the HR function.

- Work closely on cost optimization projects across markets to bring about collective efficiencies.

Must have :

- 12 to 15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering

- Experience managing frontline workforce of a sizeable number

- Experience at the leadership level in retail/QSR or sales HR

- Must have drive for results and good at numbers

- Flair for technology and automation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships
