DGM/ GM - Human Resources
The purpose of this role is to ensure support of creation & adoption of a strategic plan for HR. Monitor and ensure that this is in alignment with the business strategy and to drive formulation and implementation of leading people practices from within and outside the industry.
KRA :
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Ensure manpower availability in line with business needs
- Plan and manage optimal manpower plans and finalize talent acquisition budgets in coordination with the functional heads; Drive the recruitment strategy of the organization at all levels
- Oversee the overall training and development needs of the organization
- Support the Training Head in identifying training needs and implementing training programs for technical as well as behavioural aspects
- Oversee statutory compliance and adherence
- Follow audit and gap-analysis to ensure statutory compliance at all offices
- Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing performance management system and implement this on half yearly / annual span successfully across all locations
- Design & build engagement calendar to be implemented at all locations and ensure an engaged employee group.
- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
- Designing and defining the reward and recognition scheme.
- Attrition measurement and control through appropriate initiatives.
- Handle Change management and expectation management.
- Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies and revisit to ensure they are in line with industry standards.
- Position requisites
- Extensive travel
- Bridging branch level employees and regional / senior management

- Understanding of ERP & other contemporary HRMS platforms
- Ability to recruit / separate in given optimal time span
- Good with PR and relationships at statutory connect points such as PF, ESI offices etc.
- Being Aspiration oriented.
- Bring in balance in the existing system and willingness to learn & teach new interventions / initiatives.
