Looking for a Seasoned HR professional with 28+ years of experience in managing HR at Unit level. Person should have overall exposure to entire gamut of HR & IR function. Ideal candidate would have leadership skills and should have managed a large team. Exposure to large scale man management (5000+ employees) would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing HR policies pertaining to Human Resources planning, recruitment, selection, induction, compensation, performance management, employees engagement, spontaneous recognition, idea campaign/ suggestions schemes, statutory compliance matrix, CSR etc. to enhance operations; implementing robust systems in operating procedures to optimize resource / capacity utilizations.
- Handling overall HR budget, right from Hire to Retire at the Unit Level.
- Looking after Statutory compliances and approvals / licenses/ permits pertaining to labour & other Industrial Laws, Promote a work environment that addresses the needs of the employees & the business.
- Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, capability and quality enhancement. Learning needs identification and preparation of Training Calendar and implementation at various levels
- Equipped with the knowledge & specialization in managing modern HR systems with deftness in maintaining harmonious industrial relations among management and employees through resolution of employees grievances.
- Liaising with various Government Officials and Agencies, thereby ensuring smooth operations
- Exposure on HR budgeting, Auditing guiding the team
- Reward and recognition/Talent retention measures through rewarding the best performers on monthly/ quarterly/ annual basis.
