Level : DGM / GM

Qualification & Experience : B. Tech./ M.Tech / PhD: B.E.- Electronics / Electrical / Chemical Engineering. 18-20 years of experience.

Location : Gurgaon

Function : Energy Storage division

Span of Control : President - Energy Business

Role Objective :- To lead the efforts on Stationary Battery

Principal Accountability :

- Program management of Stationary batteries.

- Defining business and product roadmap

- Identification of customers and customer engagement

- Product approvals etc.

Essential Requirements for Fitment :

- Functional knowledge on of Battery and its applications

- Having worked closely with battery industry (Telecom / UPS/Inverter/ESS etc.)

- Channel management and B2B contacts.

- Key contacts in Energy Storage Industry.

- Clear understanding on business models of industry

- Self starter

- Working in cross functional teams
