DGM/GM - Government Liasion - Auto

- Liaison with Governent. of Maharashtra (Ministers, secretaries, and other govt. authority for obtaining clearance /permission /NoC/ orders etc.

- Identify the key officials in relevant Government departments and develop relationship, so as to facilitate easy contact, review and follow up on various issues of company.

- Developing cordial relationship with Maharashtra state's Ministers,bureaucrats, & various state agencies like various Department of Mantralaya, MIDC,MPCB,Sales Tax Department,MSEDCL,MSETCL,MMRDA,MBPT, etc, for obtaining necessary approvals for the company.

- Liaising with govt. departments \ & regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary Clearance/approvals and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations within timelines and monitoring /updating on policy decision.

- Obtaining all necessary permission for green field and brown field project such as Power sanction/water allocation/Environment clearance/fire NoC/ Clearance from Airport Authority/Plan Approval from MIDC etc
