Designation: Deputy General Manager and General Manager - Finance and Accounts

Location: Mumbai - Head Office

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Essential: Accounts, Costing, Budget, MIS management. The person should have knowledge of day-to-day accounting in ERP environment and proficiency in MS- Excel. He should have a fair knowledge of Banking, direct, indirect taxation and worked in manufacturing company.

Experience: 12+ years

Responsibility:

1. Handling accounts work in ERP Navision / Tally based accounts including handling day to day accounting related issues and coordination with all works.

2. Preparation of quarterly, half yearly & annual closing of accounts including tax & deferred tax working

3. Monitoring balances of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation etc.

4. Scrutiny of accounts unit wise & taking necessary corrective actions.

5. Procedural Compliances of Direct and Indirect Taxation, TDS etc.

6. Daily cash flow management. Preparing cash budgets and executing it.

7. Finalization of Group Co's A/c in tally and ERP.

8. Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly MIS / Costing etc.

9. Coordinating Internal and External auditors and other govt. departments during assessment proceedings.

10. Coordination with Banks for Pre shipment and post shipment Credit and working capital requirement and other routine matters of Banks.

11. Application for generation of Ebrc , dealing with DGFT for issuance and redemption of EPCG & Advance licenses.

12. Analysis of various data required by management in various formats.

14. Other duties and work as assigned from time to time.
