Job Purpose:
Specializes in managing the relationship between employees and the organization. Plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction, and mitigating potential conflicts, contributing to a harmonious and productive workplace by defining ER strategies to have pro-active approach.
Major responsibilities :
- Ensuring established process and guideline for manpower forecasting and deployment model.
- Ensure Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Partnering with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement employee relations best practices and programs.
- Deployment of various schemes under apprenticeship act, vocational training and skilling for blue collar workforce for optimizing the employee cost without compromising on quality and compliances.
- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling with other stakeholders.
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in customers audit and have proactive mechanism to address potential challenges.
- Collating and analyzing employee feedback for workers on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
Interactions
Internal: CEO and HOD's, Union Representatives, CMG Team, Administration Team, IT Application and Hardware Team.
External: Training Vendors, Legal / Industrial Relations Consultants, Government Bodies, Trade Unions Educational and Experience
Graduate in any discipline
PG Degree - Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Industrial Relations of manufacturing set up.
Fluency in Gujarati is a Must (Read and Speak) Skills and Competencies
