Candidate Preference : Telecom / FMCG / Insurance (Industry experience desirable)
Job Details :
- Head and manage the overall sales strategy and policy for the circle in the various channels and in terms of major customers by grasping target or category opportunities in line with Annual Business Plan.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products and services across the circle to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
- To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
- Help business head in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
- Responsible To Analyse And Action The Plans With ASMs And RSMs And Get Things Done.
- Implement The Company's Sales Process To Establish A Culture Of Consultative Selling To Customer's Decision-Makers At All Levels.
- Select, Develop, And Coach A Professional Sales Team To Meet Specific Goals For Profitable Revenue Growth.
- Involved in Establishing The Retail Division, Effective Business Relationships With Executive Decision Makers In Large Accounts.
- Pursue Identified Business Prospects, Participating Actively In The Planning And Sales Process For New Business Opportunities.
- Collaborate With Marketing Resources And The Sales Leadership Team To Define Overall Sales Strategy, And To Develop Products And Solutions Responsive To The Customer's Business.
