- 10-18 years of experience in telesales/BPO business
- Minimum 3 years in Digital Telesales preferably in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & E commerce verticals.
- Lead & manage team of Digital Sales associates at PAN India level & drive performance.
- Responsible for acquisition of new customers PAN India through Digital telesales model.
- Drive monthly sales target for the business vertical, attain desired lead conversion rate & team productivity level.
- Formulate the acquisition strategy for digital telesales channels and achieve vertical growth numbers as per company's business goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross sell to existing customers.
- Nurture the sales opportunities in coordination with Marketing Team. Execute campaigns/programs to leverage these opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product & other teams to explore the potential of new sources of acquisitions and suggest actions.
