We have an urgent opening for the position of DGM/GM - Digital Marketing for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) Location.
Job Description:
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical prowess to drive impactful digital campaigns that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
Reporting to: Director/ Head of Department
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success in executing campaigns and achieving targets.
Develop Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, incorporating Google AdWords, Demand Gen, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
Integrations: Experience in seamlessly integrating Google Ads API with CRM systems to synchronize data, automate campaign management, optimize bidding strategies, and enable closed-loop reporting for enhanced targeting, efficiency, and ROI.
Budget Management: Oversee the allocation and optimization of digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI across various channels and campaigns.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all digital marketing channels, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand perception.
Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support digital marketing initiatives and expand the company's digital reach.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining to digital marketing practices, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate digital marketing strategies, performance updates, and insights to senior management and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and support for digital initiatives.
Candidates Profile:
Minimum graduation is required, Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing / Certified Course is preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing field is required.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, social media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
