Note: We are looking for Corporate HR Business Partner from FMCG industry to head personal care products division. Candidates from Personal care/Skincare brands only are required for this role.

Role : DGM/GM - HR

Location: Mumbai

Qualification : Regular MBA

Experience: 10+ years of experience post qualification

Age: Max 45 years

CTC : upto 70 LPA (all inclusive)

Candidate should be stable in companies. Frequent job changes will not be entertained

Mandatory skills:

- Recent/latest/broad exposure of corporate HR role in personal care/skincare brands

Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in driving people agenda, attracting the best talent and providing them with an enabling environment aligned with long-term business objectives of the Consumer Products business division. As the organization is on an exponential growth path HR business partner is expected to support the consumer business division in Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Development and Training Needs identification. The role requires scanning of market environments, identifying best practices and suggesting/deploying best practices in alignment with USV's credo. The role also requires planning & executing initiatives and programs to be delivered through self and in conjunction with Corporate HR and other cross functional teams

It includes others functions like Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Communication:, HR Operations:, Performance Management, Corporate HR,Training & Development etc
