Job Description :

- Owns the category P&L spanning across 4 major divisions

- Ensures the gross margin delivery for the business along with the business team

- Ensures space productivity is optimal and suggest improvements on an ongoing basis

- Strategic support in successfully implementing e-commerce business

- Manage division level operating plans and track performance

- Monitor business performance through MIS

- Analyze possible risks and opportunities for new products, new process and new assortments

- Identifying profit improvement opportunities for the stores

- Maintain accounting discipline, vendor relationship and vendor management

- Ensure Cost competitiveness in all financial transaction

- Ensure all agreements are approved basis legal, statutory, and tax optimization
