The ideal person for the job will be an initiative-taking analytical person with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/ She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing strategic and administrative duties and tasks, and providing support to CAO.

- Experience in working on large projects that require cross-functional / global collaboration
- Lead project governance meetings and project communications
- Designing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency
- Experience in understanding business priorities and deriving data driven (both qualitative and quantitative) solutions, enabling client value-creation
- Expertise in generating business insights by collecting and analyzing internal / external data
- Identify and manage key strategic initiatives. Additionally maintain cross-functional / global relationships and coordination with the leadership team, stakeholders etc.
- Drive strategic presentation
Mandatory Skills:
- Must be in a PMO function.
- Must be supporting the CXO office as EA or Chief of staff
- Premier Institute graduation mandatory
