Urgent Hiring with the Leading Real Estate Industry for the Profile of DGM/GM (Business Management) for the Chennai Location

Prime Responsibilities:-

- Budgeting & financial forecasting and financial controlling the business process under set deadlines and direction. Business Management with P&L Responsibility. Person who handles the P&L of Medium business organisation will be good suit.

- Manage fund, investments, Dividends of the subsidiaries with MIS reporting to various stake holders including Board of Directors CEO,CFO etc.

- Asset Management exposure with revenue maximisation.

- Managing rents and maximising the rental incomes.

- Driving the revenue by understanding of competitors and guide the Board with complete business proposals.

- Should have legal and commercial acumen in terms of renting and re-renting handling legal/commercial side of the rented properties with exposure in real estate domain.

- Good Negotiation Skills and Good process understanding of the asset/portfolio management with acumen of overall business.
