Job Specification :

Should be from the Retail Industry heading a brand as a business and managing a multi-functional team comprising Marketing, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Procurement, HR for operational and financial success of the specific brand.

Should be a good leader, strong equally in business strategy and operation

Qualification : A Graduate preferably with an MBA

Job Description :

Develop business plan for market positioning and growth of the brand anticipating market trends

Design and develop business model for growth of the brand

Design and control of product, marketing communication and event activities, pricing strategy, operational excellence, people management, budgeting and P&L for the brand..

Identify areas for brand development

Troubleshooting of problems

Coordinate with support functions for seamless functioning of the business

Review operational and financial resources against the budget set and set targets accordingly for optimal utilization and better returns.

Oversee statutory compliance

Manage functional heads and provide timely guidance and resolution for problems
