- Business intelligence : BD professionals need to be able to use business intelligence to gain insights into market dynamics, competitor strategies, and client preferences to make informed decisions.

- Leadership : BD professionals need to be able to take charge, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to achieve common goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must have exp in Polymer/Plastic Industry

Education - BE/B.Tech-Polymer/Plastic is preferred with professional Sales/Marketing course.

Exp 15-18+ years

Ready for travelling across India.
