- Develop, monitory & execute a comprehensive 360 media plan
- Curate offline campaigns (Print, OOH & events if any) with the media agency in-coordination with the Customer Strategy
- Collaborate with business teams in the GTM process to understand the project details, TG, market landscape and on-ground learnings. Use insights into media planning
- Brief and approve the Digital team & agency for media plan, SEO, CRM & ORM
- Adjust media campaigns based on customer response and performance data to optimize results
- Measure customer conversion (%) funnel from awareness to conversion (LWB). Identify drop- off/bounce points & areas of improvement
Collaborate with the creative studio to ensure all marketing materials align with business objectives and are factually accurate
- Use creative improvement tools (eg: Heat map analysis for Digital, Print, OOH & Video) to improve desirability & performance
- Work with SEO specialist to improve & update strategies to ensure project website remains competitive in search engine rankings and growth organic traffic
- Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM
