Job Responsibilities-
Rewards and Benefits- -
- Independently manage the compensation process for the Business
- Develop, and implement Pay Management (Fixed & Variable), Market Benchmarking, Long Term & Short Term Incentive Plans, Deferred compensation, Compensation Fitment for hiring, Benefits Policies & Plans, Mobility policy/guidelines, compensation query/grievance handling for the Business for Job Bands 4 & below. Assist the CPO in the compensation process for JB 3 & above
Job Analysis and Evaluation (JAE)- -
- Develop, and implement Job Analysis Process and Job Evaluation for the Business
- Provide inputs for decision making to the Business and HR function(on organization structure, spans of control, benchmark jobs, depth of structure, using Hay job points)
Performance Management- -
- Create a framework to enable differentiated goals (ME, EE, FEE) and help/educate line managers to set goals appropriately for their teams.
- Ensure quality and calendarized implementation of goal setting, performance appraisal, normalization and communication in the Business
Qualifications- -
- Masters Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related area/Chartered Accountant
Certifications/knowledge required
- Knowledge of competitive landscape with regards to compensation & benefits plans and the Ability to interpret and apply best practices as and when required
