DGM/General Manager - Product Development - Mobile Accessories

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Development of new product as per market needs and design concept/ pre-design approach using new ideas, creativity and innovations.

2. Release designs & drawings and define the bill of material (BOM) to the related products

3. Make design process flow for related products/ projects & its implementation - Process & facility planning with involvement of team members

4. Identify, Define & selection the design directions & resources planning as per time & method study

5. Design and development of required Tooling, Jigs & fixtures for related product

6. Publish reports outlining all sales activity and communicate to mgmt. via daily, weekly and monthly scorecards

7. Lead and coordinate Pilot/ Pre-production and Production, Product validation and usability testing.

8. Develop and review prototypes, test result and finalize product design to facilitate mass production

9. To guide PCB designer for perfect PCB Layout design considering schematic and Production process

10. To make Suitable Mechanical design of Plastic mold, this helps to make production process easier.

11. Monitoring cost and logistics

12. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and outstanding.

13. Administration of all Sales Offices, by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.

14. Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.

15. Ensure compliance with Brightstar and government policies and procedures.

16. Work with Regional Shared Services teams to ensure alignment on Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain

17. Ensure the team development plans are documented and leadership development plans in place for High performers

18. Participate in Regional Business performance reviews and QBR's along with the Business Head
