We are hiring for the post of DGM/GM for Head National sales /marketing/ Business development for the parent company for 40 years and has associated companies into manufacturing of rubber compounds, rubber moulded parts and rubber-to-metal bonded parts for the automobile industry.

Job location : Bandra, Mumbai (corporate office)
Qualification and experience:
Engineering Graduate with minimum 20-25 years of experience in handling BD Function for multiple plants for 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler OEMs / Tier 1 Companies
- Very good communication skills and strong commercial skills
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Dev & Growth of all companies.
Strategic Business Plan
- Prepare and execute 3~5 year business plan with a minimum 25% CAGR after getting all Customers forecasts for all 4 companies.
- Increase CPV/Kit value by cross selling to existing and new customers
- Product vs Customer mapping vs Competitor mapping
- Prepare and achieve yearly sales budget targets
- Expand our product portfolio with potential OEMs and Tier 1's to attain maximum market share
- Diversify the portfolio by entering into new segments and industries other than Automotive to mitigate risks and increase profitability
- Periodically share a consolidated Growth MIS with the Management for all 4 plants
- Protect Share of Business with Customers of all plants & work towards increasing it.
Customer management
- Build relationships with Key decision makers at all important and potential customers
- Develop company as a brand & promote visibility
- Responsible for addition of new and existing products with new and existing customers
- Ensure smooth handling of customer audits & visits, IATF audits & system audits.
Product costing & RFQ Management
- Set up a uniform process/system so that accurate product costing can be submitted by working closely with Business Unit Heads
- Timely submit all RFQ 's to customers
- Track all RFQs from generation to LOI with more focus on monitoring of all high value / potential RFQ's across all locations
- Improve the hit rate ratio of RFQ's across all companies to at least 30%
Commercials
- Prepare a methodology to ensure accurate data for price increase /decrease is available
- Get periodic price increase from all customers ( local & export )
- Ensure payments are received as per the agreed T&C (debtors control)
Team Management
- Recruit, orient and build the Central Business Development team
- Develop systems to ensure that a strong BD team is developed
- Build a strong MIS reporting and Performance driven culture within the BD team
- Timely review the Performance of the entire BD team ( Target vs actuals )
