DGM - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT

We are hiring for one of our clients based in Hyderabad for DGM - FP&A (IT Services).

Strong experience in IT domain is exp. is a MUST.

The DGM FP&A will primarily be responsible for budgeting, Planning and Analysis - reporting into directly to the Head of Finance. Position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities–

- Primarily responsible for working closely with our Operating companies (OpCo’s) in terms of collating the volumes i.e. Volume Forecasting – (Budgeting and Re forecasting)

- Assists with the coordination and circulation of the budgets and the QRF process templates.

- Preparing volume summary for OpCo’s and Tracking all the volumes received and executed.

- Analyse and present MIS reports on the Volume movements Q on Q and Y onY.

- Estimating volumes for non- Key OpCo’s in agreement with HODs.

- Work closely with the AR team and ensure that all the billings are well timed. Have a proper monthly billing reconciliation in place.

- Rate card Maintenance

- Closely monitoring that all the jobs executed by Ops are being invoiced to ensure and avoid any revenue leakage.

- Liaises on key topics with the all the department heads and source them the relevant volume trend analysis on a defined frequency.

- Drive Automation with the internal applications to reduce the manual intervention in all the volume analysis reports

- Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for all the functional areas as and when needed.

- Responsible for the Cartesis (internal reporting tool) updation.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years related experience after CA.

- Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).

- Very Strong presentation skills.

- Excellent organization skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities.
