DGM - Finance/Treasury - Banking

Job Role:-

To provide superior services & steer day to day banking and treasury operation related and achieve internal and external stakeholders delight with zero defect with built in financial control.

1. Banking

2. Treasury

3. Handling and knowledge of complete ESOP trust accounting, black scholes model as per Ind AS and SEBI regulations.

4. Handling and knowledge of related parties' transactions as per Ind AS

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

- Should be a Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant/ MBA

- 8-12 years' post qualification experience

- Accounting as per Indian GAAP and Ind AS

- Knowledge of TDS, GST

- Experience of SAP or other ERP

- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, PPT and drafting

- Customer service orientation
