We are an Executive Search firm based out of by the name Laksh HR Pvt. Ltd. Noida with expertise in handling assignments at Middle & Senior level management. We also cater to cross section of industries like Engg /Manufacturing, Infrastructure/Real Estate, IT, Media, FMCG & Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services.

We have been retained by our client, one the leading SCM Company as they are looking for DGM Finance to be based at New Delhi Location.

CTC- 30 L PA

MBA (finance) from Top B only

Job Description & KRAs

Role Description

- Expertisation in Sales accounting, Account receivables ,MIS and finalization of accounts

- Should have good working knowledge in taxation matters like service tax and TDS

- Should have good working knowledge in AP

- Should have worked in SAP environment

Key Accountabilities

- Would be responsible for sales invoicing, pricing and customers realization business

- Would also be responsible for all type of MIS

- Would be responsible for preparing for processes and systems and implementing them in his area of assignment

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Functional Skills

- Should have good working knowledge on Statutory Compliances part

- Soft spoken and leadership skills

- Should have capabilities of leading a team working with him

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics Highly energetic

Positive attitude

Ready to take any kind of challenge

Should be able to complete assignment in time

Experience Range - 8-12 years
