DGM - Finance - Sidhrawali-40 KM from Gurgaon

We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Finance Controller with a leading MNC into manufacturing of processes and equipment for the PCB industry and the decorative and functional electroplating industry.

The candidate must have 8-12 yrs of experience post qualification.Qualified CA is a MUST.

The candidate must have good knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SAP ( FICO) .THOSE WHO DO NOT POSSESS THESE SKILLS MAY NOT APPLY

The job location is Sidhrawali ( 40 KM from Gurgaon).

The candidate will be responsible for:

- All areas relating to local financial reporting which includes the responsibility for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements for local and global purposes in line with applicable International Accounting Standards, Group guidelines and instructions issued from time to time in coordination with Finance Controller.

- The Job Holder will also be responsible for compliances, completion of audit and assessments under Direct tax laws applicable to Company (Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing, Wealth tax etc.) including but not limited to timely deposit of all types of taxes (such as with-holding taxes, advance tax, wealth tax etc.), timely filing of related returns, audit of accounts in pursuance thereto, handling assessment proceedings at various levels, correct accounting as per applicable accounting standards (for local and global reporting).

- He will be assisting Finance Controller in tax planning, estimating & monitoring the annual cash taxes and generation of related reports for management. Service tax compliances will also be thrust area for profile.

- Working with the internal and external auditors to ensure a clean and timely year end and quarterly closing and audit (s) for the Company.

- As an important part of Controlling function, job involves planning, collecting, studying and analyzing costs of business activities across profit centres, cost centres and important business elements such as purchases, inventories and pricing vis-a-vis the standards / budgets.

- Candidates who have exposure into plant accounting will be preferred.
