DGM - Finance - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for Finance, Accounts, MIS, Company Profitability, Statutory Compliance, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation and Company Secretarial Functions

- Formulation of company strategy and AOP in coordination with various functions and corporate guidelines

- Development of forecast scenario

- Bugetary control-comparison with budget and variation analysis and guide action plan to achieve the target

- Maintaining of accounts as per loacl GAAP and policy and procedure of company

- Ensure that financial transactions are being conducted in ethical and legal manner

- Regulatory complaince and coordination with other functions to ensure compliance coordination of boards and audit committee meeting and secretarial functions

- Ensure effective financial reports and LIS for the company with reliability, accuracy, adequacy and timelines

- SOX compliance-ensuring the internal control system functioning effectiveness and strengthens the internal control system

- Manage Direct and Indirect taxation, Treasury Management - Long term, Working capital management - Receivable, Payable and Inventory control, Risk Management

- Alignment with other Business Functions and support through Financial Inputs, directions and priorities

- Monitors and Support through review mechanism in achieving operational target
